[spoiler]he's not killing them, and cause of the uprising, I think you guys missed it a few weeks ago. 800 or so Psions revolted and about half got killed, while half are still on the loose.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]This character isnt. My main character's trapped in an alternate dimension rn, and he would run around at night playing vigilante, but someone stole his suit- this guy, and he's specifically hunting down Psions cause he thinks they're a danger to the city.[/spoiler]

If you mean the guy trapped- yeah that's Kai. As for the imposter/guy hunting Psion's in Kai's costume- Unknown.
