I had thorn as my first exotic oddly enough and it was fine for me since I was freshly max spec into gunslinger and had hand cannon reload gauntlets and hancannon ammo boots and chest . then I started to see people post cry baby posts "oh ! the thorn sucks so bad its pathetic !" yada yada yada. all the while i was having a blast in PvE with it and even a few PvP runs with decent results . then the BUFF came and damn If I didn't love it but I saw right away it was taken too damn far and I knew in seconds that people would bitch for a whole new reason on the forums about the thorn. sure enough bitch moan gripe about something that was days before and I quote from dozens apon dozens of posts "GARBAGE" . same happened to AR from godly to garbage in one dumbass nerf . obviously gamers have not learned to shut the hell up about nerfs and buffs since bungie only knows how to buff to the heavens and nerf to hell . either way though I will remain in PvE until bungie pulls head from ass and sets mind to balance for PvP . as is I would rather wax my crotch than play PvP .( PvP is a bigger hot mess than I would make waxing my jewels ) edit: before op gets offended I am speaking in general not directly at you .
