Let me give you both the definition of hipfire....."Hip-firing is when you shoot without aiming down the sights."......so back to what I've been saying....You can literally stand in front of someone, spam the shoot button (because TLW is automatic) and down them with the hipfire perk. again "Hip-firing is when you shoot without aiming down the sights.' not even mentioning TLW probably has the highest if not one of the highest TTK across the board. so you spam the button if you get lucky hey you down them before they even know they're being shot at.
