Indeed. Although, I say variety is only possible by adding new weapons which compliment what is already available instead of looking to compete with the old stuff to try and force players to switch up. I think them adding Swords to the game was a perfect example of such innovation. Now why they can't seem to keep on doing things like that just seems rather beyond my comprehension.
