It shows you picked it up on the screen and adds 1 to your 'Dead Ghost' Grimoire Card. I am at 78/77 Dead Ghosts after picking it up

There is another black and yellow ghost in the nexus , in the room after the first one where you go downstairs and through a hallway, and then instead of going left you go forward and it's in a sink
