[b] After quite a car ride, Lance ends up in Lester Harcrows underground base in Rosskaya. He is escorted down a few hallways, until they get to an interrogation room of sorts. Already sitting down at the table is a tall and muscular man wearing a large coat, Lester Harcrow. The escorts sit Lance down and handcuff him to a steel bar on the table.[/b] "Hello Lester, how's your son doing? Has he given you a phone call in the midst of being tortured by my good friend Donovan?," Lance says with a grin that doesn't quite reach his eyes. [b]Lester responds,[/b] Ah, yes, Donovan. I'm sure he's having a great time with my son like I did with his parents." [b] The grin drops from Lance's face.[/b] Not funny. What the hell does your mech-loaded ass want with me? Dude you've got so many mods that I could get cable TV and make dinner with you." "I would advise you to not ridicule my augmentations. It probably isn't the smartest career choice for you." "And I'd advise you to not talk about my friend like that." "Fair enough. Enough about the Cyborgs. Lets talk about you, Lance. A Tempest, a man who can manipulate and bend space and time to his will. A man who had his whole family slaughtered in front of him like pigs." [b]Lance tries to freeze time but fails.[/b] "Uh uh, no party tricks for you. See these little black strips on the ceiling? Power dampers. Their letting out electromagnetic waves that keeps you from messing with time. Fun right?" [b]Lance muscles tense up and he scowls.[/b] "Seems like mentioning someone's family and their brutal murder is a touchy subject. Who were they again, Mom, Dad, Sister? All killed and you watched, at the tender age of 8. Quite a site for someone to see if you ask me." "Get the hell on with it Harcrow." " I want to be your friend Lance. But I can't have that if you go kidnapping my children. Tell ya what, if I get my son back to me in one piece, I'll tell you who murdered your family. They aren't anyone special. Just street thugs and petty crooks. But vengeance should be had all the same am I right?" [b] Lester motions at his cronies.[/b] "Take him back to Cedyetica. I do believe I'll see you soon Lance.
