I have grilled steak ramen (my fav ) I've also tried Croquette soba it's great

Real ramen is absolutely amazing. There was a small place near my house that the owner used to make it. It was amazing. I was there at least once a week. Unfortunately, the owner passed some months ago and his family closed shop and left.
