If they allow them to make Precision Hits they will probably be fine.

But it already does bonus precision damage It just doesnt show it in yellow

They don't do precision damage. Red health bar enemies just have weaker defense on their heads (crit spots), which translates to more damage sometimes with a fusion. It's not precision damage. Only Vex Myth and QBB can crit

Why would it do that? Its all over the internet: Fusion Rifles can not do Precision Damage. The only two that can are Vex Mythoclast and Sleeper Simulant.

Support for a PvE Fusion buff skyrocketed when Bungie announced the Telesto, and for good reason imo. It looks amazing and its exotic perk is looking to be extremely fun.
