If Alpha Lupi is the Traveler, then why is its crest centered around the Wolf? This is usually reserved as a representative animal for the Titans. But in the original story, Alpha Lupi was a Titan. Does this mean that Alpha Lupi is inside the Traveler, or is Titan Alpha Lupi like a Ghost, a spawn of the Traveler's light?

I believe Alpha Lupi is the Traveler. First off, all of the Dreams of Alpha Lupi describe the Traveler's actions perfectly, as if she were remembering. Second, Alpha Lupi translates to 'Alpha/Leader Wolf'; the Traveler is the highest wolf around. Specifically, I think Alpha Lupi is the Traveler's consciousness. She's a being from the Void. Her body is crippled, but her mind still exists, trapped inside. It's similar to someone in a coma: their body cannot move, but their mind goes on inside
