The Reef is in the Asteroid Belt. No, he is not. I do not believe those are the Nine's ships. I personally stand behind AnonPig's theory, which I do not have memorized and is probably too long to put here. Let's just say it connects to a possible [i]fifth[/i] race. Contact him for more details. Simply concept art. They do not exist in-universe at all. At least, I don't think they do...
