Im actually curious why you think that? Statistically I think it is, he used ratios rather than whole numbers. What I mean by that is he didnt just say whoa look at all these kills, he said hunters have 40% of super kills but only account for 35% of guardians. Titans only have ~24% of grenade kills and hunters have ~45% of grenade kills. Looking at the percent kills to number of players clearly shows weakness towards titans, and hunters have superior supers. The correlations are there, I believe its more than significant information to make a general statement that hunters have way more kill potential than any other super, or that titan grenades are the most underpowered.
