Whoever shot first should get the kill. You know dumb it is to shoot someone 5 times to have them turn around and one shot you? It is -blam!-ing stupid and it is why people rage. HITMARKERS. No one likes 'em and no one wants 'em. It should never be whoever shot last gets the kill.
If I shoot you in the face twice or even once then you should not be able to run away after that.
