My line of thinking is that no dlc has ever cost me the same price as a full game....I payed £40 for vanilla destiny. If the dlc is valued as the same value as a full game wouldn't that correspond everywhere and the us should be paying $63, the price they pay for a full game....but let's just ignore that

  • So you are telling me $60 US dollars have the same value in the UK as they do in the US?

  • The price of a full game in USA is $63 The price of a full game in the UK is £40, which is correct with the exchange rate. The price of ttk in the USA is $40 The price of ttk in the UK is £40 Which is not correct with the exchange rate.

  • I will agree, but £27.50 is too low. Because let me reiterate my question (That you obviously misunderstood) Do $60 US dollars have the same value in the UK as they do in the US?

  • Not sure, you would need to compare are a bag of groceries or something, and depends in what part of the country you are in.

  • Not sure... You aren't sure if the value is the same or not. You get so up tight about being "over charged" but you don't the value difference of the US dollar between the UK and US.

I know that in the uk the dlc is being sold as the same price as a full game, but not else where, that's the comparason I'm making....if its the price of a full game here it should be the the price of a full game everywhere. How can bungie. say to one group of people this dlc is worth the same price as a full game but to another group it's not. That's nothing to do with economics, that's just common sense

Not saying that either. Notice I did say 40 pounds is over priced. I just think that 27 pounds is under priced. <<<for the DLC

  • I don't know what "vat" is, but that sounds very reasonable to me.
