[u]Downtown, Cedyetica[/u] [b]A psion flings a dumpster and runs in fear.[/b] [b]The Apex imposter wall runs over a wall right over the trash can and fires a grapple line launcher from the staff tripping the Psion. The imposter walks up to him and picks him up and throws him up against the wall.[/b] "I thought you were helping us! The runaways....on the streets" he says in panic. "You're guilty....that woman you mugged, rāped, murdered last week- was she worth it"? Apex says breaking his knee caps with the ballistic staff. [b]He screams in pain but Apex shoves the gloved hand into his mouth.[/b] "Please I'm sorry! I promise! I won't do it again!" he says trying to TK Apex. [b]Apex doesn't budge, probably due to barbotine.[/b] "Sure...another chance", Apex says swinging the ballistic staff violently and powerfully on the Psion. [b]The Psion is left brutally beaten with 1/4 of his bones broken and his blood pouring all over the streets, but alive.[/b] "Worthless Ape" he says collapsing the staff cleaning it up. ((Open))
