The reason their test team doesn't notice anything wrong in the weapon class is probably because the dev team isn't plagued by the same lag as the rest of the world experiences while playing the game. It must be nice having a server dedicated to running things there. If only there were a way we could have some sort of system with servers dedicated for the players to experience.

Although lag plays a major part in this problem in PVP, this weapon is statistically outclassed by every other weapon in the game.
