I was actually saying it's better to avoid being ripped off all together and simply not buy it. Bungie will not change how they make their products, and we've all learned how they do that from year 1.

Because you do not have every but of information, only what they have told you. You have also not played any aspect of what you are talking about. So how about you wait? I know you aren't going to, but you could. Of course, if you wait, you won't be able to say I told you so, which is kinda sad since in this case, you would be suffering from it.

Look, I am super happy you are...whatever you are doing, but because you, like so many others, have already gone off the reservation with zero hands on experience or knowing every facet of this. All you are doing is stirring the pot. Someone says that maybe we should wait and you get hurt that someone is trying to give things a chance to actually exist before giving a review. You are saying you came to this position all through what evidence was shown to you when it is obvious that things have not been fully disclosed. Why do that? Hey look, the sun is up, no clouds to see, obviously it is going to be just like this, no rain at all, right? Meh.

Laugh all you want bright boy. Know what I plan on doing? I plan on waiting to play the expansion before I establish my position on it and the changes made to the game as a whole before I make an opinion of it. Do I have opinions of what I have seen and read? Yes. Do I agree with everything that has come down the pipe? Nope, but I also understand that interpreting things right now, without any first hand experience in those things is dangerous. Remember when everyone was so jazzed about the story and how the game was going to literally make people piss themselves with excitement and then people played it and totally flipped out at how they felt betrayed at how flimsy the game actually was? Remember the response to the weapons update? Thing has still not happened yet and people were holding candlelight vigils for Gjallarhorn. So I am going to be optimistic about what is coming. Could this be a dumpster fire? Sure, but I am withholding my opinion of something that is not actually out until it is actually out.

They cut from the story to make dlc as last min changes as they said and they said the update was coming in September if you read the whole update but ill leave that to the people who shine off like lights....and men with beards and hats..

I don't see why you are getting defensive or trying to brow beat me. Is there any particular reason for that? I'm not stirring the pot, I'm giving my honest opinion in regards to the Twitch stream. Is that wrong? Bringing up my earlier question, was I commenting on anything that hasn't already been officially confirmed by Bungie? Am I not allowed to have an opinion of my own and share my thoughts to those who are asking for it? I understand if you are one of those who enjoy the game outright and are hopeful that more is still on the way, so on and so forth, but please recognize and acknowledge that myself and others are doing nothing at all wrong. I am not breaking rules nor am I outside of my rights as a member of the community. Bungie has asked for my feedback and I have been told that they enjoy reading my thoughts on the game. Please respect this.

I think we are having a communication problem. I am in no way telling you what to think or that you can't think the way you are. I merely said that maybe wait until ttk is out and you have played it before you and so many others post about what it is like. Yes, there is loads of information out and yet there is loads of information that is not out yet. It is similar to the weapons tuning. People went ballistic and still are with no actual experience with the changes that are coming. I said it at that point too. Instead of stating that everything is how it looks, why is it so bad to hold off until every scrap of information available (gameplay) has gone through your brain first hand before saying what is wrong or right? Would you give a review of a concept car if all you had were limited specs and some video of someone sitting in the drivers seat tooling around a parking lot? Maybe the thing shimmies at 60, maybe the in dash system will have wifi and they haven't mentioned that yet or it didn't have a radio in the concept car and you make the leap that this car won't have one. I am simply asking for restraint before you do an infodump that some people are going to use as fuel for their anti-destiny fire. And if you are under the impression that I will eat anything that comes out of the Destiny kitchen and call it gourmet, that is flawed thinking. I am all about complaining about this game and even while optimistic for TTK and the changes to the core game, I am apprehensive that they are going to take what i do enjoy about the game and turn it into some kind of POS chore that takes a dual console, player and has him dumpsack their headquarters.

I understand what you're saying and I already agreed in my post that there was a large bit of information still excluded. They were very...VERY sparse when it came to actual details and that was the first point I addressed for what I felt was bad about the stream. The only thing I rendered a verdict on that was flatout bad was how they are working Infusion, saying it only applies to Year 2 weapons/armor. Everything in regards to that, like I've said, has been totally confirmed by Bungie. That IS their intention and there isn't anything else about it that we don't already know, unfortunately. That's the grim reality we're faced with, and its something many, myself included, would rather try and have changed before it comes to pass. And just as a side note, others had been telling me the same thing. Cozmo likewise told me to "hold off" as well and wait. But they were all telling me to wait for the Twitch stream. Ok... I did that. I kept my word, I told those people I would hold back any further comments or opinions and do as they advised and wait for the stream. Well, the stream is out, I saw it and sadly it did very little to change said opinion. In fact all it did was just further cement that opinion for me along with others. While there is still plenty of the new expansion we don't know about, as you have pointed out, that which we DO already know about is making many just simply more and more bitter towards it.
