Weapons of Light? That's all I can think of. Coupled with Illumination, attack value is elevated 35% on weapons, except maybe Gjallarhorn which doesn't get a boost to the secondary tracking grenades. However, looking at the stats above, it doesn't seem to be very effective in PVP. This combo is very beneficial in Nightfall, where you get the shield plus the huge attack boost, you also typically get enough kills under Weapons of Light to recharge or nearly recharge your super before it closes, so you can keep using your super in an area with multiple ADS almost constantly.
