Xbox has more pre orders,my ping is good and I have 0 packet loss and I keep running into big lag spikes

Then you got bad luck, I only had lagged a handful of times and that doesn't equate to the amount of times I didn't lag. Maybe you are only noticing the times you lag and blowing it out of proportion which is what a lot of CoD haters do.
