People, we are all on a [i]video game forum[/i]. That I know most of you frequent [i]daily[/i].
At that point, you've completely lost the high ground to heckle other people like they're dorks and shit.
I love anime. I have merchandise. I'm very knowledgeable about specific universes in fact, mainly Naruto, Bleach,Prince of Tennis, and Shaman King.
But I still play basketball. I still hit the Gym. I still listen to Hip Hop,Rap and Trap music. I still go to parties and I have a fairly good social life. And most of my closest friends are the same.
So just stop hating. Because I know damn well that if people in real life heard you play fallout, Halo, and Skyrim, they would say "Hurr dur, video game nerd. You live in your moms basement with yo dusty ass getting no pussy." You would get pissed or flustered at the stereotyping.
So stop being f[i]u[/i]cking hypocrites. You're only teasing the minority here to make yourself feel better about the fact that you're a minority IRL.

First off,i just want to point out that we arent all "nerds" and some of us casually enjoy games.actually,most people here are probably pre teens or teens.they can enjoy games because they dont have much to worry about.no job,no family to provide for,just school.now,im considering that op is not a pre teen to teen for many obvious reasons that i won't point out for now.the fact that this person probably has a job and has to earn money and uses it to buy those figures is probably what makes people so angry here.Some people have money issues or don't have food or running water.obviously the money could've been spent much more wisely on things like food or given to a good cause.Also, Anime,or asain culture in general,or heck,most cultures are not widely accepted in America or Britian (or really any other country). Sorry for the long post.also hope i don't seem like i'm a jerk.

I know. It's crazy how people can be some times. I'll be the first person to admit I'm a nerd. You would think that people here would be the most tolerant of other people's hobbies that society would deem nerdish like video gaming.
