The price is reduced from £40 to £27.50
That would reduce the price so that it is in line with what the usa and the rest of Europe(with euro) are paying.
£27.50 is much more than what Ive usually paid for a Dlc in the past with any game but I will give Bungie the benefit of the doubt that this is an expansion and will contain more than the previous dlcs(which were priced at around £18 each or both with the season pass for £35)
Everything looks good, i want it but im not going to be taken the p!ss out of by paying a higher price than the rest of the globe.
EDIT.
*if its full game worthy why isnt it a full game price in the usa or anywhere else? Why only uk paying full game price
* if its to do with taxes in the uk then where were those taxes when I bought vanilla destiny, why did i only pay £40 and not £63.
also for the Americans who believe it is worth $63 but are only paying $40....put your money where you mouth is, buy the dlc for $40 and send me the remaining $23......il use that to buy ttk....everybody is a winner, destiny get the money they deserve, you get to pay destiny what you think the game is worth and I get ttk........tri-tri-tri triple win. (im not serious)

This thread is a perfect example of how a lot of destiny players are scumbags.
-
I don't think the £40 tag is right. That said, as an American I haven't had the prices of other expansions in the UK brought to my attention before now; if you paid £35 for the season pass you already got duped so there's no use complaining.
-
Good luck with that m8. I'm getting the collector edition at 80 quid and can't bloody wait :D
-
Dude, you have to pay more because you're in another part of the world. When I order my cosplay pants from Japan, I have to pay more also.
-
Wait a year

I want the price to drop to $35 USD that's a pretty good price right?
-
That would make me very happy as ttk here in new Zealand is around 70 dollars by itself
-
It's double the price as the last two dlc over here. So really you should pay 36 over there.
-
Hopefully it drops to $27.50 for us too, then.
-
If that's where you want to make your stand, have fun
-
Shit I just payed 110$ for the collecters
-
Nah sorry bro
-
Alright. Enjoy that choice. After every ing revealed at this point about court of Oryx, the subclasses, the fact that kings fall won't merely be normal and hard mode, the fact that all Exotics are coming eventually, the new engram type for set armour, the n new weapons, the Crucible fire team earned bounties, and all that shit makes me consider it fully worth the asking price, and I'd easily even pay a higher price for it.
-
What about 27.60? That's the real question Gtfoh your buying it regardless. Everyone is. Especially if your on this app. It's part of your game collection. Hook line n sinker... Gr8 b8 m8

I get to wear Orxy's ass like a hat. I wonder was Luke Smith just kidding or... I mean, we are getting swords soo...
-
It's not a dlc it's like a new game. I wish they didn't advertise it like that
-
-
I think I'll go with the Destiny Legendary Edition ;)
-
This dlc is worth only $19.00 at best, no more and no less.

Well..:
-
Theres a site where you can get the legendary edition for £40, just buy that then sell the extra destiny and expansion pass you get with it. Then it will be cheap
-
You bought the 2 expansions for £35? Guess what, we bought it for $35. I understand the exchange is different, and you technically pay more... but why should I care?
-
Ignore the haters bro. You are right.
