Has anyone ever thought that those exotics just don't get new version... Exotics have always been upgradeable and with the new patches it's idiotic to think they'll be useless.

They said they won't be getting upgraded.

No they said they be moving forward that means no year two version. Never said you can't upgrade the damage..

No they didn't. They specifically said that they won't be moving forward into year two. They never said how. So the logical guess is that those exotics aren't getting a new version. Exotics have always been upgradeable and the patches wouldn't have been implemented if they wouldn't have upgradeable damage.
