Why is the oryx raid coming first then the other two for now? Are the vex and cabal stronger?

The DLC time chart. It showed TDB and HoW. Then, "comet" which was actually Taken King. Last, Vex Void and Cabal something. If there are two DLC's coming after Oryx then that means Oryx isn't the strongest of whatever is in the darkness correct?

Well, Skolas wasn't stronger than Crota, so I don't know. I think we'll just see large threats from each, but I have no clue how strong. I think the Undying Mind and Echo Chamber strikes are leading up to something big, Vex-wise...
