You've already got it. You're just missed 15 grimoire from rumble, 5 from salvage, and 5 for unlocking the doubles grimoire card (which is bugged and won't unlock. Bungie is aware of the issue and is investigating).
Those 25 grimoire + your 3640 = 3665(max grimoire)
