Yes, I agree those gauntlets are good for smokebombs. But I feel like it´s a wasted opportunity. They could have made the perk nightstalker specific to "Get an extra smoke bomb charge" and instead of that reloading crap we could have had "You are not slowed while moving through smoke bombs"...there, high tier exotic that looks good, has good perks and is specifically aimed towards a certain playstyle.
