I've been with Bungie longer than most of those developers. 11 years now. And I'm feeling defeated. I play their product, not build it. Nevertheless, I feel defeated when every free hour I have for myself went into this game. And now everything I did will be subpar because someone made the choice for me. I have a wife and 4 kids. I don't have that much time to get everything back up to snuff. Especially now that I'm no longer deploying for long periods of time, I'm spending 95% of my time with my family, so that 5% I have for games shouldn't be to work at getting things up and running just in time for another blow! This isn't right.
