I find them all to be pretty meh.
I was a little disappointed the first verified void exotic weapon besides Truth is a Fusion Rifle. While it LOOKS cool, I can't recall the last time I used a FR other than Vex in PvP or especially PvE. This MAY change that, but I am skeptical.
The armor again LOOKS cool, but the perks leave me unimpressed. Glimmer robes? Wow.
For those saying Sleeper Simulant will be the next Ghorn, I doubt it. It may be the new most powerful Heavy, but Bungie will not add a new demonstrably better weapon in any class after seeing what became of Gjally. It could be a good gun, but it will be situational like all of these exotics.
I don't see any new go-tos at the moment.

They're not glimmer robes, they're Fireborn robes ;) Tied with the perk that allows orbs to restore health when picked up, I think they'll be fun. You'll be able to restore grenade energy and your health from orbs whilst your super is charged.

Sure, because every Sunsinger be like "damn I´m gonna equip robes that give me grenade energy when someone drops an orb instead of ,like, Ram, Praxic Fire or Purifier robes!"

They're not as good as any of those, no. BUT I dont think any of those exotics made it to Y2. Soooo It's not really an option for the new raid. The only point I'm making is they're by no means useless. I think they'll be fun on a bun to rock.

If I'm not mistaken picking up orbs when your super is fully charged doesn't recharge health, but grenades and melee. In PvP I run Radiant Skin so I would rather gather orbs for a new super as opposed to grenade and melee charge. I don't see that being all that great for PvE given I tend to run a Discipline/Strength build as it is using the Claws/HoPF. That may not be an option anymore unfortunately, but I hope those aren't left behind. If you like them then that's cool. I just don't think they're as useful as many preexisting Warlock exotics.

What he's saying is that if you have an armor piece that allows health recovery on orb pickup (see Crota fight) then these robes allow that perk to help all the time, not just when you don't have your super. Also, hell yeah on glimmer robes. These will be great for patrol as you can get money, grenades, and melee all while derping around the Dreadnaught.

Wouldn't those pieces of armor with Infusion on them still necessitate not having a super to gain health from orbs? As far as I can tell that perk isn't being changed to take effect when a player's super is fully charged. I don't see how it would suddenly have that ability, but maybe I'm missing something.
