Who said they were shooting the boss? Because they weren't. The next time someone pushes you down for no reason, are you going to get up, apologize to them for making their life harder, and walk home? That's a terrible mentality to have. Someone unprovoked does something mean to someone, and you want that person to apologize to the instigator for making their life harder? Hmm
