Better exotics is one thing, but these 3 armor pieces border on completely useless except for the hunter claws.
An extra smoke bomb can be useful as well as 2 blink strikes (would be nice to have 3 throwing knives).
The other 2 are really pathetic. Who uses angel of light besides on Urrox?
Then you have a chance to get glimmer picking up only primary ammo?
These 3 armor pieces make it seem as though bungie is running out of ideas.

I know there will be more, but these perks aren't giving me a lot of faith in the quality of the unannounced ones.
