Who provided the playing environment? Bungie
Who provided the weapons? Bungie
Who combined the environment and weapons to their best advantage? Guardians
If there are any current play style issues who is at fault? Bungie
As I have said before, I have real concerns over Bungies weapons and tactics testing. How some of these issues were allowed to occur seems to me to be very poor pre-release management. Sigh.
