3 RepliesSigned. Hoping that it would become a relevant item one day. Absolutely a horrible decision to give you a rare item (that means a lot based on the story) right before you start using legendary gear. It is basically immediately useless.

I always felt that thing should have done arc damage. What with the effect on the muzzle that obscured the screen when you were trying to aim.
