I don't expect a reply, I just have to ask. Why would the developers bother buffing/nerfing guns that won't be relevant in year 2 endgame content. I'm looking directly at the Necro. Impossible to get for a long time due to unforeseen issues. Super rare drop for the Crux. Useless once you've obtained it. It's finally getting a long overdue buff, only to be left behind. As I've previously stated, I don't expect a response.

Poor planning and a complete lack of foresight is my guess. It feel's like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is up to.
