I dont think the perks will stack. Kind of how you can't have 3 grenades on the warlock

There's a perk for Gunslingers that gives them an extra throwing knife, so I assume that using these gauntlets gives them an extra knife on top of that. Combine that with the perk that gives you back a knife for a precision kill...
