But it doesn't really deserve it's own exotic I think. Something cool could've been 'your abilities cooldown faster if you have max glimmer'

The other perk is more useful "picking up orbs of light recharges your melee over ride and grenades if your super is full" That's actually pretty good if your running specific perks on the new subclass or are using sunsinger.
