I guess we don't play the same PvP, if you try the Sunsinger perk in PvP you will get shot in the head by a sniper.
We all know those exotics are useless, the shotgun looks great but not the gear, shards.

Most people look for the drop and anticipate an arc. When warlocks use angel of light it's pretty annoying and can throw you off for a second. It's a waste compared to the other perk but it's still useful.

Why they don't change the perk for an armor increase or a precision damage reduction while aiming? You will never use it and you know it m8.
