I would say honestly there is not enough info at the moment to accurately gage the true strength of the hive, cabal or vex. As for the house of wolves, they were and again are broken and bound to the queen, I'd put them below kings if you are doing fallen houses separately, but to be honest I'd still just put them with fallen...as an aside we don't know for sure that ALL of the fallens assets are committed to the sol system either, or if there are non fallen elenski, variks says there aren't, but no reason to think he can't be wrong.....also I don't believe the cabal are associated with the darkness
