So does the shadow of veils
All hidden hand does is increase aim assist and even without hidden hand shadow of veils has more aim assist than a benevolence with it

No it doesnt lol have you used it ? If your looking at planet destiny aim assist and target accusation are different stats so they have it wrong there ....

I've used both Shadow of veils feels extremely cheap compared to any other sniper including the benevolence
