I use Her Benevolence and Shadow of Veils (they're the only two legendary snipers I can get that one shot oversheilded targets because I foolishly dismantled my LDR). The salty tears are delicious.

Yep, don't notice a difference though. I'm wanting to get another and roll ammo based perks to see a difference.
