who did future war cult send to the future?
who is the fourth faction? and is there leader secretly in the tower right under our noses, selling things?

I don't think so. But it's possible. I really don't see her as a faction leader though.

It just strikes me a suspicious that she needs mats from various enemies and areas looked at if shes just a seamstress, dont trust her in the slightest!
