Dude Cabal are based on Roman Empire. They have an Emperor, they are from a high gravity world, they don't breathe the Martian air, (it was Terraformed by the traveler so we'll assume it's similar to earths atmosphere)
The cabal are an extremely militaristic race and have a fondness for explosives that would make a Ruin-wing Titan blush.

Every cabal weapon utilizes explosions and rocket propelled "bullets" that explode on impact. Cabal all wear full body environmental suits that release a black liquid on head shots. I think that I read on one of the Grimore cards that the black material is ferrous, and all attempts to identify it have failed. The older a cabal gets the bigger they get and they get harder to kill either because skin gets harder or they are issued better armor as they get older. No clue about Psions. They are either child Cabal, a parasite attached to cabal fetuses that stunts their growth but gives them immense psionic powers...Or a conquered race who they have assimilated into their army and culture.

Hmm... I honestly know very little about the Cabal that's why I hold off, figure learn everything at once not half now half later, but that parasite Psion thing.... that's interesting.
