Nope. The Exotic perk stays the same and is unlocked right away when you get the Year 2 version. Maybe the other perks will change but it will have the same Exotic perk.

True. But they may change the perk a little if they feel it pvp unbalanced. Otherwise i doubt they would make a year 2 version.
