I run the spear to keep in shape. Good snipers do not rely heavily on Aim Assist, which simply extends your window of "reflex" fan sniping. Like I just said, at the end of the day your ability as a sniper trumps the aim assist stat. Aim assist helps you most in hitting precision shots on fast moving targets..
