Not quite. It's was Toland's attempt, but he didn't dip deep enough into Hive magics. If Bad Juju was a WoS, that would mean Toland had descended to the depth of Dredgen Yor

There must be an explanation for its hunger, but none so far has been found. It might be the combination of Guardian technologies and Hive magics in just the right amount
