You guys do realize why Bungie is making everything (apart from a few exotics) UN-upgradable?
They're essentially wiping the guns clean and it's OUR fault.

I use these tactics and weapons, I'm at fault for being a scrub.
I blame others for elitism, but us as a community are to blame for that as well.
I mostly blame Bungie for making such OP weapons and then taking their time to nerf them.
Taking a lot of time too.
Thorn has been dominating for quite some time now. On top of that, you can still glitch Thorn (Never done that before, but was blamed for doing so)
Am I salty?
A little. Playing against a team of all Thorn is kinda frustrating.
Some Hopscotch here and there, but not too bad.
I'm so hyped for weapons patch 2.0 and for our weapons to be mostly useless in TTK.
Hopefully Bungie won't screw up this time and make a certain gun the next Gjallarhorn.

I may not use a Final Round, but the guys against me in ToO will (oh well, I don't have a final round sniper anyway). And please, don't let me talk about shotguns + blink. Bungie is responsable for this, Bungie made this unbalanced meta, NOT US. I mean, we can create an "honor code" or whatever, like in Dark Souls, but that 11 y/o scrub will not use it. It's the human nature, we exploit thing when we can, and ever will do. Why I have to put me in a disadvantage? Yeah, I can outgun that Thorn user, smartplay that blinker, but why I have to play against that shit in a first play, without using it myself? Because of honor? Hell no. Die with the same shit you put on the table.

Just leave my damn raid weapons the hell alone. Increasing the recharge time on Icebreaker? Because, you know, squeezing off 6 shots and having to wait 5-30 seconds to fire again is SO GODDAMN OP! OMFG! This game is less about what we, the players want, and more about how Bungie wants us to play their game, that we paid for. I don't think I've ever played a game where I was literally dictated to by the developer what weapons and gear I had to use in order to simply be viable, not even good or excellent, just VIABLE. So yeah, welcome to Destiny, the North Korea of video games where they axe their best talent, make baffling decisions, and pretty much shit on their people (fans) daily. Awesome. Awesome game. [spoiler]Bungie will never create a PVP stat table because that requires math, and math is hard! If you need proof, just take a look at their TTK pricing for UK and Sweden.[/spoiler]

Bungie are fixing things by not letting ascend guns to year 2. If they had better game design in vanilla, maybe that wouldn't be necessary

Bullsh*t. It's Bungievision's fault for not thoroughly testing all perks / weapons / and abilities in THEIR game.

2 RepliesWe only use these tactics because the game forces us to replay the same content over and over. We want to get it done ASAP. So what if I keep getting critical hits over and over with Black Hammer to get a strike I have already played 40 times over quicker? Strictly speaking PvE, of course. I agree based on PvP.

Poor bungie, making weapons so good the first year that they have to nerf them in order to make new exotics even viable. Black hammers perk will probably be re worked into a future exotic lol.

4 RepliesYou can take the blame if you want but I on the other hand, will not. I use Thorn in one gametype and that is ToO and even there I snipe legitimately 73.8% of the time(That's my sniper headshot ratio). On two of three characters my "Best Weapon" is my sniper, I never owned or used a FR sniper, I don't have a TLW because I scrap every single one the game hands me because I hate them that much. I just got my Gjalla before Xur sold it, and I spend most of my time in crucible completing personal weapon challenges with my clan i.e NLB Headshot Challenge, Hardlight, and No Weapon Challenge. I understand the game is made to be played to have fun and if kids want to sweat they can, I will still put a hurting on them with "Nerfed" guns.
