By that logic destiny rips off call of duty for being an online shooter, borderlands for being on console and having rpg elements in an fps, alien for having aliens in it, etc, etc, etc. All games have similarities it doesn't mean they are ripping each over off, that's a completely different phrase, tbh how do you even know that it wasn't bungie that "ripped" off blops3 since its been in development for the last 3+ years?
