You old people need to let go of negative abbreviations. In this day in age FTW is known as For The Win. That's it.

  • Nah. We use abbreviations to get around censorship and adult discussions with kids nearby. The new kids use it because they are too lazy to type the whole word.

  • So you not only contradict yourself by abbreviating your cynicism, but you are stupid enough to not realize the Internet is the modern day Wild West and if you weren't a complete moron you'd know there are plenty of ways to get around censorship without obliterating something as fun and harmless as a competitive spirited comment like for the win.

  • I'm a complete moron because I remember what the abbreviation was used for in the past? Nah. I didn't make it up, that was it's original use. I don't know anyone who is trying to "obliterate" the new abbreviation. I was unaware that there were those so passionate about these types of things. My apologies for hurting your feelings.
