The man peaked jacks interest, so he parked and turned on X-Ray vision to get a good look at him

"A cyborg." Out of nowhere, a female psion clothed in black appeared next to Jack. "Jack, the council has requested your presence- oh, I didn't realize you were with someone." She said, Jack turned to her. "It's fine Katrina, let me finish up with Etana here and I will speak with the council." Katrina nodded, and then disappeared. "Sorry about that."

"Wonderful, I just thought I should warn you, and hopefully you will return the favor soon..." And then the same Psiom from before appeared again, grabbed Jack, and they both disappeared again.
