For people who are fine with gally ( and one year exotics) being left behind...
Did you people even think about it ramifications of this? You guys are aware that the gally and other year one exotics are going to be "frozen in time", never to be upgraded ever again. Now, I could be a bitch on the forums, calling people idiots, or claim that they are bungie's sheep.... But I'm not going to be a bitch.
My question is, WHY you are okay with the gally ( and for the sake of having a good discussion: other one year exotics ) being left behind? For most of us, these exotics (like gally) were not easy to get. I just wonder why you guys are fine leaving them behind after countless months are grinding.
UPDATE: What I mean by calling people names, is that I could be toxic like some people are. I don't want to be that toxic person. All I wanted to have a good discussion about this.

6 RepliesWhen I was lvl 3 I got a Gozen-C (pretty sure that's what it's called) sniper. It was amazing. It was practically my primary then. I one shot anything red and 3 shot the majors. I loved it and never wanted to let it go. Then one day I leveled up and moved on to a further part in the story. Sadly my lvl 3 sniper was a thing of the past and all I wanted to do was get the new weapons. It was a great sniper and I loved dominating pve with it but it was no longer relevant and it was time to move on. Year one was awesome with some really fun guns that were very rewarding to use. But it's time for us to look to the future and new gear and new content! Personally I would love to use Gally to burn bosses in TTK. However, I DID THAT ALL YEAR 1! I ground for it. I used it. I'm ok with moving on. TL;DR-you got to use year 1 gear (well the stuff RNG blessed you with) for a year. Time to get some new stuff.
