Tower weapons YOU overlooked
They may not be game breaking like thorn/shotgun but there are some fun and highly versatile weapons for sale or that drop from factions. For example the stock FWC sniper, The Chosen, is basically Praedyth's. The old red hand 9 was a crucible monster. Dead shot Luna is a must have for scout rifle fans. Just got The Conduit with hidden band, hand laid stock, and 3rd eye and liking it so far.
Anyone else found a vanguard, crucible, or faction weapon that they thoroughly enjoy?
(I have all exotics and raid weapons so playing around with random legendaries is really all that's left, lol)
Edit: more personal favorites are The Frenzy (rangefinder, hand laid stock, and hidden hand), Longbow (firefly, perfect balance, and surplus), vanilla Judgement VI (litc, hammer forged, and shot package)
Edit 2: so far the most popular are The Fulcrum and Allfate

1 ReplyThe following are all exceptional in pve. Shadow Price - vanilla vanguard auto rifle that was equal to suros. (Yes in crucible, when suros was one of the best) Doctor Nope - vanilla vanguard auto rifle that was a bullet hose. Was good in pvp. Proxima centauri - vanilla vanguard scout rifle that has crazy impact ( will 2-3 shot people in crucible) Wizard 77 - vanilla crucible fusion rifle that doubled as a sniper. Could cross map one shot a player. Still capable of incredible range, but hate mail ratio has been nerfed. Was known as the bane of the crucible. (Still is if one is lucky enough to have one.) FINAL BOSS - vanilla crucible sniper rifle that was very good. Invisible hand m7 - vanilla crucible shotgun, cleared rooms before a fist of havoc can be used. The comedian - vanilla vanguard shotgun, more range than the m7 but fired slower. Very good. The Swarm - vanilla vanguard machine gun, jolder's hammer with a higher rate of fire. Exceptional in pvp. Unfriendly giant - vanilla vanguard rocket launcher that was good.
