Ideas on the Vex Origins

Here are some ideas that I've had on the Vex's Origins, which I find to be the most interesting of the factions I started with three questions #1: Why have the Vex, with their immense resources and numbers, not set foot on Earth or Luna? It can't just be the Traveller as other minions of Darkness, particularly the Hive, can make it there. #2: Why is the Vault of Glass located on Venus? With our current knowledge the Vault is one of the Vex's most important and Valuable locations, so why did they construct it on Venus? A planet they have not only failed to fully convert but also located near powerful enemies? Why not just build it in a distant part of their “Intergalactic chain”? #3: Why do the Vault of Glass weapons exist? I understand there might be some 4th wall here but other weapons are placed in the lore, these should be too, so for what Purpose would the Vex have for weapons of vex design but can only be wielded by Human? Here is my proposition to the answer Imagine if you will an alternate Universe where humanity fell to the same fate as the Eliksni (Fallen). As the Darkness approached the Traveller left Earth as it had so many planets before, and the Collapse was much more severe without its protection, and Humanity fell to the Darkness. However, instead of regressing like the Fallen, becoming less advanced and more savage, this corrupt human race actually became more technologically sophisticated, uniting not under the Traveller, but to spite it. Humanity evolved into the Vex because the Traveller abandoned us And when this process was complete, specifically when Time-manipulation was mastered, The Vex would travel back to before the Collapse, instead of Chasing it across the cosmos like so many others, they’d fight it on their turf, prepared, and thousands, maybe millions of years more advanced. This leads us to the world we know in Destiny, with the “alternative universe” being the Original Timeline that the Vex are seeking to correct, and the Traveller staying in our Solar System because (a) The Vex are too powerful for it (b) It recognises the Vex as humanity, and that we did what no other Species it’s encountered has done, bettered ourselves in its absence, we have the potential to beat the Darkness, we’re worth staying for So how does this answer my questions? Well #1: The Vex can’t attack Earth because they are humanity, preserving Earth is the best chance for Humanity to survive and prevent a Paradox as the potential is still there for Humanity to become consumed by Darkness #2: The Vault of Glass isn’t an experiment, it’s literally a safe, containing the Original timeline of the Vex, or at least a fragment of it, where the Vex where at their most powerful. Therefore it was a staging post, the beginning of their attack, close enough to the Traveller to fight where they know best, our pre-collapse System with minimal deviation from their timeline. The Vex where born of the Traveller's actions, but the vault of Glass is where they entered our timeline #3: The Weapons in the vault are a Relic of the transitional period between Dark-Humanity and Vex in the Original Timeline, as we became less human and more mechanical Also this explains why the Precursors/Sol Primeval are so visually different to ‘Normal’ Vex, they are the units made in the Original Timeline when Humanity was still under the delusion they were doing all of this for Light, justice, the greater good etc. They are trapped in the Vault because, again Paradox, keeping them away from the current timeline’s Humanity makes a second Human->Vex transition more likely, and when that happens, the Traveller is no longer protected by a hypothetical paradox and the Vex can achieve their objective, it’s annihilation Now there’s a Part 2 to this theory, with the Descendants, The Darkness and the Black Garden, but I think that’s enough for now, I humbly await feedback. Well unfortunately you're wrong as the grimoire states the Progeny's were seeking to open the vault for the power of it to be unleashed. They sought to unite atheon (one without a god) with the heart of darkness, most likely in an attempt to use the powers granted of it to control time to be unleashed upon the world. The vex are based around algorithms and their innards almost looks as if it is infused with light or translucent liquid that maybe is a physical manifestation of chi or other such life force. Now the weapons and the armor exist due to the previous raids: Kabr's death caused the creation of his armor, the weapons come from the people (praydeth for example) fashioning weapons in an attempt to combat the vex within their fortress (hence oracle disruptor) similar to how the aegis was created. The mythoclast isn't given an origin story and was most likely created in a trans-dimension that exists out of time by someone who can manipulate time (Exo stranger) since the gun functions on a loop. Hezen's vengeance is constructed out of the fallen hezen lords similar to the armor and found verdict constructed out of the hezen vex squad. The vex have not attacked earth due to the algorithm not being fully manifested into being an absolute win, especially with the war of attrition with the cabal, and the skirmishes with the fallen and guardians on Venus. The loss of the nexus mind, atheon, and the black garden has caused the minds to retreat and rebuild in an attempt to better establish themselves. Hence the undying mind returning in an attempt to reestablish the power there. Attacking Luna means attacking the place of the hive god's origins, a full assault on the hive, and a foreign place to rebuild at. Same goes for earth: they'd have to fight the full force of the guardians, the fallen houses, and the hive to conquer it; a very low probability. I believe the vex put the vault in Venus because they already had a base on Mercury so establishing control of the planet nearest to the life forms in case they created issue with the vex would be most logical.
