For people who are fine with gally ( and one year exotics) being left behind...
Did you people even think about it ramifications of this? You guys are aware that the gally and other year one exotics are going to be "frozen in time", never to be upgraded ever again. Now, I could be a bitch on the forums, calling people idiots, or claim that they are bungie's sheep.... But I'm not going to be a bitch.
My question is, WHY you are okay with the gally ( and for the sake of having a good discussion: other one year exotics ) being left behind? For most of us, these exotics (like gally) were not easy to get. I just wonder why you guys are fine leaving them behind after countless months are grinding.
UPDATE: What I mean by calling people names, is that I could be toxic like some people are. I don't want to be that toxic person. All I wanted to have a good discussion about this.

While I agree that all exotics should be pushed forward...possibly think about it from Bungie's view. This is all speculation but...this might be a data issue. Every expansion they are expected to bring out new exotics, all the time. Great. But someone over at Bungie did the math, and fogured that, if they continue to being forward every exotic in the game to the newer titles...that's a helluva lot of exptics, each of which require their own extensive design and programing. Not to mention their balance must be considered, etc. This might not be a problem for TTK, or even Destiny 2 at launch but, at the end of the 10 year cycle, it most certainly will be. I want all exotics to be brought forward but, after I have thought about it from Bungie's PoV, I can see where they might be coming from. Perhaps they are starting to leave exotics behind as year 2 starts so as to introduce us to the concept of leaving exotics behind.
